This Settlement Incentive Promotion commences 1 January 2024 and ends 31 December 2024 (Promotional Period).
This Settlement Incentive applies to Reside Communities only. Brookland Robertson, Samford Grove – Samford Village, Esperance Hope Island, Fairway Carindale and Maleny Grove – Maleny.
This Settlement Incentive Promotion applies to approved customers who have finalised settlement on a new or existing home at Reside Communities during the Promotional Period. Purchasers are entitled to one competition entry per settlement.
Silversea Cruise vouchers (for Sydney to Auckland cruise for two adults) will be posted to either the successful purchaser (competition winner’s) new or existing address (as nominated on settlement documentation). The Sydney to Auckland cruise can be collected from any Silversea Cruise outlet. This cruise is not transferable for cash or interchangeable for any other cruise.
The cruise is for two adults (noting that one adult must be the Reside home purchaser) and departs on the 17 November 2025. Promotion package includes:
Airport transfer door to door, and return business class fligths (BNE to SYD and AKL to BNE) for two adults are cover by the Settlement Incentive Promotion.

Reside Communities reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, the Settlement Incentive Promotion at any time without notice.
