Reside village named a finalist in prestigious national awards

Samford Grove Retirement Village, based in Brisbane’s north, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Development of the Year – Retirement, Aged Care and Seniors Living in The Urban Developer Awards 2021.

Reside Communities, together with development and funding partner GreenFort Capital, nominated the fast-growing village, which is setting a new standard for resort-style retirement living.

The Urban Developer Awards celebrate the best of urban development from across Australia and New Zealand, with the retirement category recognising excellence in seniors living.

Samford Grove is undergoing a major expansion, including the recently completed community centre, The Homestead, which creates a range of new entertainment and leisure options for residents.

The Homestead has been designed to be accessible for all ages and is available for residents to enjoy with visitors such as family and friends.
