It’s the most wonderful time of the year and what a year 2024 has been!
At Reside Communities, village life is flourishing – reflecting the positive impact of our collective efforts and the strong foundations we’ve built. Of course, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of everyone at Reside Communities.
As we reflect on the milestones and achievements of 2024, we’re reminded of the power of connection, collaboration, and continuous enthusiasm. And there’s plenty to celebrate!
Here are some of the highlights from our communities this year…
We celebrated the $80 million expansion of Samford Grove, which has now sold out. The village then earned a prestigious National Retirement Living Award for best development by a village operator with more than 500 retirement dwellings.
This year marked the completion of the second stage of Esperance – Essence. In August, FDC Construction & Fitout (QLD) won a prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award for the first stage of Esperance, Esprit, in the Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards 2024.
In April, we proudly opened the first stage of Fairway Carindale, featuring 52 luxury apartments, a new restaurant, bar and cafe, virtual reality golf simulator, 180-hole putt putt course, and market-leading practice facilities. Adding to the excitement, the co-located Pacific Golf Club was named Golf Club of the Year following its stunning refurbishment.
October saw the completion of the final stage of Brookland Robertson, perfectly timed to coincide with the village’s 40th anniversary, which included a week of celebrations and the planting of a time capsule.
Earlier this year, we were thrilled to purchase existing retirement village Maleny Grove and are excited for the commencement of Stage 1 in 2025.
