Coming on board as the General Manager of Esperance at Hope Island, Michael’s background in international resorts and hotels spans more than 18 years.
With a keen eye for comfort, Michael is now busy getting Esperance ready for future residents by ensuring everything is in place for them to enjoy a 5-star experience.
Having previously worked as the Director of Sales at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove and more recently, as the General Manager of Dorsett Gold Coast, Michael said that residents of Esperance will truly be retiring in style.
“Once we’re open, my role will be to lead the day-to-day operation of the community,” Michael said.
“My whole team will be helping residents to live life to the fullest by tailoring services and amenities to suit their needs and preferences, which is what I’m really passionate about.”
