“My relationship with the residents is my priority, I want them to know that they can trust me and feel secure coming to me with anything they want to discuss,” said Bronwyn.
Since January, 2021, Bronwyn has been the Village Manager of Reside Communities’ Samford Grove. Although she was a new face around the community, Bronwyn is certainly no stranger to retirement living having spent 11 years prior working in the industry.
“I love the diversity of my role,” Bronwyn said. “No two days are ever the same. Our residents have lived amazing lives, and I love learning something new about them every single day. I go home feeling so uplifted and happy that I get to work in such an amazing environment. It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated team that support both myself and our residents.”
